We’ve always loved exploring new places, and the Poconos quickly became one of our favorites. The mountains, the lakes, and the peaceful surroundings drew us in—and eventually inspired us to create a retreat of our own.
From the moment we found this home, we knew it was something special. It offered the perfect balance of privacy and convenience, a place where you can disconnect without feeling isolated. Over time, it’s become a cherished escape for our family, a spot we return to again and again to recharge in nature and enjoy all the activities this area has to offer.

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

TRAVEL insurance is highly recommended. We will not be making refund exceptions outside of our cancellation policy. ID verification is required after reservation.
The check-in time is 4 PM, but if you need to arrive earlier, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in, depending on our reservations and cleaning schedule, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. If you have not arranged for an early check-in, please do not arrive before 4 PM as access to the door will not be available until your arranged check-in time.
The check-out time is 10 AM, and we request that you leave promptly to allow us enough time to prepare for the next guests. If you need a late check-out, please inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure, and we will try to accommodate your request, depending on availability and cleaning schedule, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. You have a 30-minute grace period to check out. If you haven’t arranged for a late check-out and you’re still on the property after the grace period, you will be charged $50, plus an additional $50 for every hour after the check-out time. If the property is not vacated by noon, you will be charged a fee equivalent to one day’s rental.

Our driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. If you plan to bring additional cars, please let us know, as there’s an overflow parking lot that’s just a 5-minute walk away.
Please note that street parking and parking in the yard are strictly prohibited.
You’re welcome to bring up to 2 dogs with you during your stay, provided that they are well-behaved, do not cause any damage such as chewing or scratching.
For your convenience, we provide a range of amenities specifically tailored for your four-legged companions, from a dog crate, plush blanket, towels, toys, dog bed, leash, bowls for food and water, and even poop bags. We’ve tried to think of everything to ensure your pet feels right at home.
Please note that a pet addendum must be completed before your arrival. This addendum will outline all the rules and regulations surrounding pet ownership on the property, including any associated fees ($100/per pet per stay, max – 2 pets).
The property adheres to Kidder Township regulations and can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests (up to 8 guests without any additional charges and $8 per guest per day for 2 additional guests).
To ensure safety and security, only individuals listed on the reservation are permitted on the premises. Any unauthorized guests may result in the reservation being canceled.
Please note you would need to fill out our Guest Pre-arrival form to make sure you can enjoy all the property’s features and amenities.
According to the Kidder Township noise ordinance, quiet hours are in effect from 11 PM to 7 AM, and failure to comply may result in a $500 fine.
Smoking or Vaping is strictly prohibited on the property, and any violation will incur a $300 fine in addition to the cleaning fee. Should there be any lingering tobacco or cannabis smell after your departure, an extra smoke remediation cleaning fee will be applied.
Please note that the use of oil lamps and incense is not permitted due to the long-lasting odor they may leave behind. Failure to comply with these policies will result in an additional charge for excessive cleaning.
We’re pleased to inform you that all the amenities listed, including the Hot tub, Sauna, EV charger, and Private Club access, are provided to you completely free of charge. We take great pride in offering our guests a delightful and relaxing experience without any additional fees.
Our Hot tub and Sauna facilities are designed to help you unwind and rejuvenate after a long day of activities. You can indulge in the soothing warmth of the Hot tub or enjoy the cleansing and therapeutic benefits of the Sauna, all without worrying about any extra costs.
Furthermore, we understand the growing importance of sustainable practices, and that’s why we have provided an EV charger on our premises. This allows electric vehicle owners to conveniently charge their cars while staying with us, without incurring any fees. We are committed to promoting eco-friendly initiatives and making sustainable choices easier for our guests.
As for Private Club access (seasonal), we are delighted to extend this privilege to our guests at no additional cost. The Private Club offers exclusive amenities, services, and a tranquil atmosphere, allowing you to relax and socialize in a more private setting. (Seasonal access – Memorial Day through Labor Day)
